Hridaya School of Yoga
Join us in beautiful Buena Vista, Colorado
Hridaya School of Yoga is devoted to honoring yoga as a living wisdom tradition, one that weaves together breath, movement, philosophy, energetics, Ayurveda, and embodied awareness.
Through foundational teacher trainings, continuing education programs, and immersive studies, we support students and teachers in cultivating a practice that is both deeply rooted and authentically lived.
Blending tradition with meaningful modern application, our offerings invite students into a deeper relationship with yoga, not only as a physical practice, but as a path of study, self-inquiry, and transformation. Whether entering a foundational training or continuing along the teaching path, students are supported in developing an understanding of yoga that extends both on and off the mat.

200-Hour Foundational Teacher Training
with Katie Borissova & Amy Hardwick
Yoga Alliance–Certified | Beginning October 23rd, 2026
Join us for a deeply rooted and holistic 200-hour teacher training designed to offer a meaningful foundation in the practice and study of yoga.
Rooted in traditional yoga philosophy and inspired by Prana Vinyasa, this training weaves together breath, movement, subtle body teachings, Ayurveda, anatomy, and embodied practice into an immersive and transformational learning experience.
~
This training is an invitation to slow
down, to study deeply, and to experience yoga as more than movement alone. Through the exploration of the elements, prana vayus, pranayama, bandhas, mantra, mudra, wave-based sequencing, and the teachings of the Yoga Sutras and eight limbs, students are guided toward a more integrated and authentic understanding of yoga as a living practice.
~
Emphasis is placed on experiential learning, energetic awareness, intelligent sequencing, and developing the confidence to teach from an embodied and authentic place. Students begin practice teaching early in the training and receive ongoing mentorship, feedback, and support throughout the program.
~
Held in an intimate small-group setting, this mentorship-based training is open to both aspiring teachers and dedicated students looking to deepen their relationship with yoga on and off the mat.
