About Us

Hridaya means “the spiritual heart” in Sanskrit—the source of love, wisdom, and presence. Hridaya Yoga was born as a sanctuary for the community, where practice becomes a return to the heart and a celebration of the many ways we can heal, strengthen, and restore.

 

Here, you’ll find a diverse range of offerings: dynamic vinyasa, gentle and yin practices, deeply restful restorative yoga, sound healing, dance, strength practices, and both heated and non-heated classes. Each teacher brings their own unique wisdom and style, creating a rich, inclusive space that honors the many paths of yoga and wellness.

 

Hridaya Yoga is dedicated to providing a supportive environment for all seekers—a place to breathe deeply, move with intention, and reconnect with the rhythms of body, mind, and spirit.
