Prana Vinyasa – Solar Flow 

Ignite your inner fire with a radiant, heat-building practice. Solar Prana Vinyasa weaves dynamic sequencing, breath, and rhythm into a moving meditation that strengthens the body, uplifts the spirit, and awakens vitality.

Prana Vinyasa – Lunar Flow

Soften into the cooling, nourishing energy of the moon. This flow offers slower, fluid transitions and grounding sequences that restore balance, replenish energy, and invite calm reflection.

Vinyasa Flow

A steady-paced practice linking breath and movement with intelligent sequencing and clear alignment. This flow blends strength and flexibility while cultivating mindfulness and balance, suitable for all levels.​

Alignment-Based Yoga
A grounding practice that brings awareness to the architecture of each posture. Through mindful alignment, breath, and steady pacing, students cultivate strength, clarity, and balance — aligning body and spirit with intention.​

 

Slow Flow

A gently heated class that allows space to breathe, feel, and align. Slow pacing provides time to refine posture and deepen awareness while enjoying the therapeutic benefits of warmth.

Gentle Yoga

A compassionate, beginner-friendly practice that soothes the body and mind. Gentle movement, supportive postures, and mindful breathwork create space for healing and inner calm.​

Yin Yoga

A practice of depth - with long-held, floor-based poses targeting connective tissue and energetic pathways. Yin enhances flexibility, eases tension, and fosters stillness within.

Restorative Yoga

A sanctuary for deep rest. With the support of bolsters and blankets, restorative postures invite complete release, calming the nervous system and replenishing energy.

Heated Vinyasa

An energizing flow practiced with the warmth of infrared heat. The added fire supports flexibility, detoxification, and stamina while amplifying inner strength and focus.

 

Sound Healing 

A unique fusion of restorative yoga and sound therapy. Supported postures and soothing instruments such as crystal bowls and chimes guide you into profound relaxation and energetic harmony.

Meditation & Breathwork

A guided journey inward through pranayama, mantra, and mindfulness. This class builds resilience, presence, and clarity — a grounding practice for both new and experienced meditators.

 

Yoga Nidra

Known as “yogic sleep,” this guided meditation practice leads you into a state between wakefulness and deep rest. Through breath, body awareness, and visualization, Yoga Nidra calms the nervous system, supports healing, and unlocks profound inner stillness.
