Josie Male

RYT-200

Josie has been an avid yoga practitioner for over 12 years, originally finding the asana practice as a young athlete and building her roots in the traditional 26/2 style. From there, her curiosity grew, she explored different methodologies of yoga, and she discovered a practice that was more than just physical. Through yoga, Josie felt a reconnection with her authentic energy and fell in love with the relationship between movement, breath and spirit.

Josie completed her 200hr YTT in California in March 2023 so that she could share her passion with others. She values yoga as a lifelong practice that supports us in everything that we do on and off the mat, which for her, is often playing in the mountains! For this reason, her approach incorporates a focus on mobility for longevity and intuitive body & spirit awareness.

Helen Boyd

Across three decades of teaching, Helen has cultivated a style that is steady, intuitive, and rooted in the simple joy of helping others feel at home in their bodies. Her classes offer a blend of mindful alignment, spacious breath, and nurturing presence — an invitation to soften inward, build strength with integrity, and reconnect to the quiet intelligence of the heart.

She joins the Hridaya family with deep gratitude and an open welcome to all who enter our space.

Blanca Rodriguez

RYT-200

Blanca is a Colorado native and yoga teacher who recently moved to town. She is grateful to be part of the local community and excited to begin sharing yoga in this space.

Blanca is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with an additional 50-hour training in Yin Yoga.

For Blanca, yoga is a practice both on and off the mat, offering grounding, awareness, and a deeper sense of connection within the body. Her classes are intentional and supportive, with no pressure to perform. Students can expect a welcoming environment where all levels and bodies are honored, options are always offered, and each person is encouraged to listen to their own body and move in a way that feels right for them.

Blanca is honored to hold space at Hridaya and looks forward to meeting students in class and growing in community together.

Sarah Saltzman

My work is guided by a simple belief: healing becomes possible when we learn to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with ourselves. My path began during a period of profound challenge, when conventional approaches could no longer provide the support needed. Turning toward yoga, meditation, energy work, and time in nature, I discovered practices that brought me back to steadiness and restored my sense of inner belonging. That experience shaped my purpose—to help others access the same clarity, grounding, and self-connection.

In my teaching, I create an environment that supports emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and heart-centered awareness. I approach each session with steadiness and intention, offering guidance that encourages students to move gently, breathe consciously, and trust their own inner experience.

My professional path is shaped by deep respect and an abundance of gratitude for the teachers and mentors who have guided me, and I continue to show up for my students with humility, curiosity, and genuine care.

I travel on my journey of self-love and expansion surrounded by my loving husband, Scott, our children, Max and Daisy Mae.

Megan Bixler

Megan brings a steady, grounded presence to her classes, offering a practice that emphasizes mindful movement, intentional pacing, and deep connection to breath. Her approach is alignment-based and internally focused, inviting students to move with awareness rather than force, and to listen to what their bodies are communicating. Each class is designed to create space for slowing down, tuning in, and cultivating a sense of ease and clarity—both on and off the mat.

She completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Hot Asana University in Southern Pines, North Carolina.  As a veteran, Megan views teaching yoga as a continued fulfillment of her commitment to service. Guiding others through movement, breath, and stillness allows her to support meaningful self-connection, resilience, and renewal.

Her intention is to create an environment where students feel supported, empowered, and encouraged to meet themselves exactly as they are.

Amy Clayton

Amy’s yoga journey began over 12 years ago as a simple at-home practice that quickly evolved into a way of living. Drawn to the deeper layers of yoga, she followed the call to immerse herself fully in the practice and traveled abroad to complete an all-immersive 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019. Amy believes her purpose is to share the transformative power of yoga with as many people as possible.

Her Vinyasa classes emphasize the connection between breath and movement, offering a safe and supportive space to move, breathe, and process. Amy creates room for curiosity, exploration, expansion, stepping outside of comfort zones, and surrender.

Amy’s intention is to guide students back to that inner place of connection, helping them explore and trust their own voice so that when they step off the mat, they feel more rooted, grounded, strong, and deeply connected.

Adrienne Burns

Adrienne brings over a decade of experience exploring how trauma and grief are held within the body. With a personal yoga practice spanning more than 20 years, she understands the natural ebb and flow of showing up on the mat.

Four years ago, following a series of profound losses, Adrienne returned to yoga as a source of deep healing—and she has been devoted to the practice ever since. A year later, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training, driven by a desire to share yoga’s restorative and grounding power with others.

In her classes, Adrienne creates a calm, supportive space where students are encouraged to arrive exactly as they are. She invites students to let the mat hold them—to slow down, listen inward, and honor what their mind, body, and spirit are calling for on any given day. There is never pressure to achieve a certain pose or shape; simply showing up is enough. Whether you choose to move, rest, or simply breathe, Adrienne views your presence as a meaningful act of self-care.

Her hope is that you leave class feeling a little lighter, more grounded, and more connected than when you arrived.
